Early each morning, from Tuesday to Friday, our bakers arrive by 2:00am to start
baking the day's delights.
By 8:00am customers come in to pickup their bread, donuts, deli items and coffee to start their day
Soon after, Fritz and crew deliver daily orders to many of the hotels and restaurants in and around Castlegar.
